With race day always on the second Sunday in November each year, the Highland Fling takes place across a full weekend based from the picturesque NSW Southern Highlands town of Bundanoon.

In 2017 we are holding everything down at the Ferndale Event Centre rather than in town. This bustling event hub hosts Registration, the Highland Fling Sponsor Expo, the ever popular Kid’s Skills Clinics, The Kids Fling and the Bundy Clock Challenge.

It provides the perfect opportunity to pick up some new gear or have a last minute bike check, or to simply sit back, relax and enjoy a coffee before race day.

On Sunday riders are welcomed (or woken) by the traditional Highland Fling bag-piper to get them ready to race one of four event distances on offer: Some Fling (approx. 23km), Half Fling (approx. 55km) or Full Fling (approx. 110km).
