Water – Water will be available at the Rydal Event Centre from taps.

Note that The Rydal Focus Rock&Road is a Bottled Water Free event. No bottled water is available to purchase at the event and we would encourage all participants to make other arrangements.

Feed Station – Set up at the Rydal Event Centre transition zone will be a feed station for all riders. It will offer bananas, buns and sweets along with water and energy sports drink.

Breakfast (provided by local community group Meadow Flat P&C) in the Showground kitchen and the all-important coffee carts will be fired up from around dawn and drinks (including Sport drink) will be sold here throughout the day. Lunch will be provided at the same location from midday.

Mechanical Support

Mechanical Support will be provided for essential bike repair and basic spare parts purchase. This service will be setup at the Rydal Event Centre and be available before race start and during transition for all riders.
