Join us for a singletrack extravaganza on trails secret and not so secret. We’ll take you on a tour of the best singletrack loops in the Highlands. We’ll meet for morning tea at Wingello General Store and then enjoy the ‘best of Wingello mega-mix – 15km of pure bliss’ (as described in a recent issue of Mountain Biking Australia). We’ll recharge the batteries with lunch at Ye Olde Bicycle Shoppe in Bundanoon before heading off to our afternoon riding locations – featuring fun, flowy singletrack with the odd technical challenge – something for everyone!

The tour will be led by Huw Kingston, and the total distance we plan to ride in the day is 40km – yes, that’s right, 40km of singletrack! This will involve a couple of loops of some tracks which gives you the opportunity to begin with a gentle sighting lap then crank it up for the second lap! This also allows those keen for slightly less riding to reduce the distance by sitting out a lap or two.

You’ll need your own transport to travel between locations. Maps and directions will be given out on the day.

You’ll need to bring:

• Bike (see above). Bike and helmet hire can be arranged at an additional cost
• Riding gear – helmet, gloves, shoes, sunnies
• Water bottle/hydration pack
• Rain jacket & change of clothes (just in case!)
• Warm clothing and hat
• Own transport to travel between locations
