Bag Weight Limits

Please be advised that due to weight restrictions on the buses and trucks, the 20kg weight limit for competitor luggage will be enforced! We have a duty of care to our luggage crew who will be asked to not carry bags weighing more than 20kg. So please leave your teddy bears and pet rocks at home.

Kosciuszko National Park Entry and Car Parking

The National Parks entry fee is included in the overall package for the event allowing entrants, bonafide supporters and organisers entry into Kosciuszko NP. Attached to this email is a voucher/letter with further instructions on how to display it etc.

Please note that neither Wild Horizons, Thredbo Village nor NPWS take any responsibility for the safety of your vehicle or any contents while parked at Thredbo.

 

Final Entry Changes – GET IN QUICK!!!

Changes to event and transport packages may be made up until 5pm on Monday 15 February, subject to availability, and may incur a cancellation fee.

Changes to rider details, such as rider substitution, may be made up until 5pm on Monday 22 February. Please note that no changes can be made to your entry details after this date.

T-shirt Design Finalised

Our seamstress has been busy at work and the 2010 Mountains To Beach T-shirt design is now available on our site. If you would like one to be waiting for you in Thredbo, order online via the “merchandise” page in your entry details.
