Cost: $120 per person

An opportunity to ride some snaking singletrack at Fitzroy Falls before some great riding through Morton NP and State Forests leading to a rip roaring 600metre vertical descent to Kangaroo Valley. Views, wildlife, clear creeks.....The Down & Out Tour has it all. We meet for breakfast (included) at our Ye Olde Bicycle Shoppe in Bundanoon before driving (in own vehicles) to Fitzroy Falls 30km away from where we warm up with 10km of singletrack before heading off on the 'tour' part of the Tour! We'll finish at the Friendly Inn in Kangaroo Valley where we'll have lunch (at own cost) before bodies and bikes regain the 600metre altitude in the comfort of a bus and trailer! The total distance of the riding is some 45km.

• National Park tour fees
• A fun day out on some great tracks!

You’ll need to bring:

• Bike (see above). Bike and helmet hire can be arranged at an additional cost
• Riding gear – helmet, gloves, shoes, sunnies
• Water bottle/hydration pack
• Rain jacket (just in case!)
• Warm clothing and hat
• Own transport to travel between Bundanoon and Fitzroy Falls
