Entries

Entries are open for the 2013 3 Ring Circus

Online Entry

You must have your own unique email address to register, therefore no two entrants can use the same email address. If you do not have an email address, please visit a webmail provider, e.g. Hotmail or Gmail to sign up for a free email address.

Entry is via our Event Management System, where you will first register for an account. You will then be able to login and enter the event. Team Captains will enter all the team member details for a team. Click on the Register menu item above to proceed with online entry.

Once you have completed your entry, you can login again at any time to edit, add merchandise, transfer or cancel your entry. See Cancellations & Changes to Entries below for more information.

 

Entry fees

Solo Rider booking for both performances – Night and Matinee $140

Solo Rider booking for Night Performance only - $40

Solo Rider booking for Matinee performance only - $100

Teams of 2 or 3 booking for Matinee performance only - $130 per team (Individual team members wishing to book a night performance can do so as a Night Performance Only on the entry system)

Your entry fee includes a professionally organized event, contributions to local community and charitable causes, forest user fees, and a chance to take home some great prizes and giveaways.

 

Insurance

Wild Horizons is covered by its own public liability insurance. You do not need to be a member of MTBA, Cycling Australia or have a day licence to compete in the event. You are responsible for your own Personal Injury Insurance and Ambulance Cover.

Wild Horizons offer Personal Injury cover to entrants in the 3 Ring Circus. You can take out cover at a cost of $25/person on the entry form. A summary of the cover provided can be found here with full details outlined here.

Cancellations and Changes to Entries

Entry cancellations can be made up to 5pm on Monday 15 July when a refund (less 20% administration fee) will be made. Any cancellations after that date will not be considered for a refund. Should the event have to be cancelled for any reason and is unable to be rescheduled, entry fees are non-refundable. If the event is rescheduled and you are unable to attend your entry fee is non refundable.

Changes to entries (eg solo to team entry, category change) may be made up until 5pm on Monday 22 July. Please note that no changes can be made to your entry details after this date.

Any rider changing their entry to a lower value category will not be refunded the difference in entry fee.

In order to effect any cancellations or changes you must first log into the Wild Horizons Event Management System and make the changes you wish. If you are eligible for a partial refund, you should then email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or call (02) 4883 6509 (during business hours) to provide your credit card details, THIS MUST BE THE SAME CREDIT CARD THAT YOU USED TO ENTER THE EVENT, as they are not kept on file.

Transferring Entries.
Note that we do not keep a waiting list. If you wish to Cancel without forfeiting the 20% you need to self nominate another rider to take your place. You do this as follows. Go online, Register and Manage My Entries. There is a facility for you to transfer your entry by forwarding it to another person’s email. They are sent a message requiring them to go online and enter their new details. In such instances, Wild Horizons does not become involved in the money arrangements, leaving this to the two parties to resolve between themselves. The final time for Transfers to take effect is 5pm on Monday 22 July.

Waiver and Indemnity

All entrants must read the waiver and indemnity in detail. By taking part in this event, you agree to accept the terms totally and without question.
